Muirkirk Village, Ayrshire
Together with co-consultants Shared Intelligence and Neil Baxter Associates, we were commissioned by Muirkirk Enterprise Limited to maintain the momentum of previous work in the village by producing a review of the current strategy and proposals for the village, implementing a marketing and public relations strategy, generating a fund raising and fund-sourcing strategy, creating a Business Plan for MEL and developing environmental and development guidelines for the village.
